The Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Management program is designed for students who have some full-time work experience and desire to improve their understanding of how organizations function and develop effective skills in management and leadership. Focused attention is given to defining and understanding strategic planning, financial management, law and marketing, and other areas in which an organizational leader must be knowledgeable in order to be effective.

-Be age 22 or older
-Have work experience, preferably full-time work experience
-Meet the writing proficiency standards of the College of External Studies

-Major Course Requirements: 30 credits
-Electives: 43 credits
-Minimum Upper Division: 30 credits

Liberal Studies
